SUZANNE CAMERON, MPM® RMP® began her real estate career in 1978 specializing in residential sales. In 1981 she began leasing and managing residential properties. In 1990 she fulfilled a dream coordinating the opening of Around the Clock, Inc. CRMC® becoming its President and Designated Broker. In 1994 she and Vice President, Mary Tungsvik, MPM® RMP® started the King County Chapter of the National Association of Residential Property Managers® NARPM®. In 1995 she earned the Residential Management Professional® Designation and in 2000, she earned the Master Property Manager® Designation through NARPM®. In 2002 she coordinated earning the prestigious Certified Residential Management Company® Designation for Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC®. Between 1995 and 2008 she has chaired NARPM’s national Legislative, Publication, Mid-Year Conference, Certification and Leadership Training Committees. Since 2001 she has been a NARPM® designation course instructor for Ethics, Client Relations, Tenancy, Risk Management, Office Operations and Personnel Relations. Locally since 1999 she has served on the Board of Directors for the Kent Downtown Partnership, serving as President in 2004-2007. MARY TUNGSVIK, MPM® RMP® has been working in the real estate field for 25 years, three of those with HUD homes prior to getting her real estate license. In 1990 Mary and Suzanne Cameron, MPM® RMP® ATC President and Designated Broker opened Around the Clock, Inc. CRMC®. In 1994 she and Suzanne were instrumental in starting the King County Chapter of NARPM® (The National Association of Residential Property Managers) in Washington State. Mary has remained active in local, State, Regional and National Committee NARPM® activities since 1994. She has served as King County Chapter Vice President, as well as Chair of the Membership and Vendor Committees over the years. She has served as a designation mentor for ten years. In 1997 she earned her Residential Management Professional® Designation RMP®. In 2001 she earned the Master Property Manager Designation® MPM®. Mary has been a community activist for many years serving as President of the Auburn School District Faculty Wives and the Auburn Chapter of The Children’s Home Society of Washington. She was a Director of the Auburn Park Board for twenty years and also served on the Board of Directors for the South King County Multiservice Center, the Auburn Food Bank, and New Beginnings Counseling Service for low income families.

JENNY ALLYN joined Around The Clock in 1991 as their rental department bookkeeper. Her corporate experience with a large regional company enabled her to contribute by implementing two software systems, a networking system throughout the office, online ACH payables and receivables, as well as off-site data storage. Over the years she has grown and trained our support staff from one full time employee to four full-time and one part-time employee. She was instrumental in helping set up our community association bookkeeping operations. She is responsible for all Trust and community association bank accounts. She oversees all of Around The Clock’s corporate financial business. She is also a member of the Kent Rotary. Jenny graduated with honors from the University of Washington with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Accounting and Finance and a minor degree in history. Previously she worked at PACCAR for 10 years as a Cost Accountant and the Accounts Payable Supervisor. |

JAMES EMORY TUNGSVIK, MPM® RMP® joined our Around The Clock team in 1994. James specializes in single-family and community association management. In 1998 he earned the Residential Management Professional® (RMP®) and in 2003 he earned the Master Property Manager® (MPM®) Designations through the National Association of Residential Property Managers® (NARPM®). He is an active member and volunteer of NARPM®. He has served on their National Board of Director since 2007. From 2007 through 2010 he served as a Regional Vice President and became the Treasurer in 2011. In addition, he currently sits on the National Certification, Auditors, and Conference Committees. He has served on the King County Chapter as Secretary, Treasurer, member of their Welcoming and Vendor Affiliate Committees. He has been the NARPM® Washington State Chapter Secretary and served on the national Regional Conferences and Leadership Training Committees. From 2005-2007 he Co-Chaired the NW Regional Conferences. James is a native Washingtonian growing up in the Greater Seattle area. His previous background is in banking, working for Rainier National Bank, Security Pacific Bank, and Pacific First Federal Savings and Loan specializing in the development and implementation of volunteer programs for employees to partner with local non-profit groups in their service areas in accordance with the Federal Community Re-Investment Act Guidelines of 1977. DAWN CLARK joined the staff of Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® full time when she received her real estate license in 2006. Her experience as a private investor buying, rehabilitating and selling residential homes as well as managing her own rental properties has given her a solid background. As a result, she understands what a landlord’s responsibilities are as well as her client’s needs. She is an active member of NARPM® both locally and nationally. EMORY TUNGSVIK joined Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® in 2002 when he first acquired his Washington State Real Estate Agent’s license. He obtained his Real Estate Broker’s License in 2007. Residential Property Management and Sales at Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® are the services Mr. Tungsvik enjoys providing to his real estate investors and clients. His experience as a rental property owner brings a unique perspective to managing his client’s investment properties. JENNIFER DALY joined the team of Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® in 2006 managing single-family homes and small multiplex buildings. She began her real estate career in 1995 working for a private real estate investor managing HUD small apartment buildings. Eventually she was managing 100 units made up of single-family homes and multiplexes as well as commercial properties. She is an active member of NARPM® attending Chapter meetings monthly in Seattle, Northwest Regional Conferences and their national convention in Seattle. Jennifer is our Around-the-Clock photographer who takes interior and exterior pictures of the rental listings. She is also responsible for posting all of the rental listings and downloading their pictures on various websites, including our own website. She also maintains the Rental Listing Flyer available in the kiosk outside our office.

JENNIFER TRECKER-KARPOWICZ is a business graduate from California State Polytechnic University in Pomona, California. Prior to joining Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® she established a career in management and sales. In April 2010 Jennifer completed the M100 training course from Community Association Institute and is working towards becoming a Certified Manager of Community Associations. She is a member of Community Associations Institutes and the national Association of Residential Property Managers NARPM®.

LYNN CHURCHILL earned her broker’s license in 2010 and shortly thereafter came to work for Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® to start a career in property management. She has over 25 years of experience in the medical field and as a Facility Manager in the biotech field where she developed strong customer service, organizational, and problem solving skills. She earned a Certificate in Facility Management from the University of Washington. As a Facility Manager she developed a Vendor Management Program insuring that vendors performed according to best practice standards. She managed two buildings with a total of 98,000 square feet overseeing maintenance projects and interacting with contractors. She has completed “The Essentials of Community Association Management” through the Community Association Institute, CAI and is working towards becoming a Certified Manager of Community Associations. In her spare time Lynn volunteers for the Tukwila Police Department.

VERLA MORRISON has had her real estate license for a number of years, and has been in property management for over 6. She joined Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® in September of 2007 and is an active member in Community Associations Institute, CAI, a national organization for management of community associations. Verla manages both homeowners associations and private residential rental properties. Prior to her property management career Verla worked for an engineering research firm as Contract Administrator and Human Resource Manager. She also spent several years as a flight attendant, enjoying world-wide travel. She currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Kent Food Bank, and is active in several other volunteer positions. She has great people and organizational skills, and is detail oriented.

VICKIE LAZIO joined the staff of Around The Clock, Inc. CRMC® in March 2010. She earned her real estate license in 2005. She has over 20 years of multi-family apartment community management experience which brings a unique perspective to managing her client’s investment properties. Vickie has managed properties ranging from 60 to 384 units. She has developed and implemented marketing, renovation and lease renewal programs that increased resident retention. She has experience in preparing annual budgets that complied with owner objectives and out performing owner goals for occupancy and net operating income. She has also managed a 240 unit renovation in a very soft market. Vickie is an active member of NARPM® both locally and nationally. In her spare time she is a volunteer for the Kent Food Bank.
